Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. super fine sugar
  • 2 lb cabbage
  • 1/2 tsp celery seed
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 pch white pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar

Direcciones

  1. Cut cabbage into quarters. Cut out core. Slice cabbage into long,thin slices. Mix mayonnaise, lowfat sour cream, vinegar, sugar, celery seed, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add in shredded cabbage and toss lightly.
  2. Makes three qts.
