Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Granulated sugar
  • 1 c. Butter, softened
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 5 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 c. Lowfat sour cream Frosting
  • 1 Tbsp. Instant coffee granules
  • 1 Tbsp. Warm water
  • 6 Tbsp. Butter, softened
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 3 c. Sifted powdered sugar
  • 1/3 c. Whipping cream

Direcciones

  1. Beat granulated sugar and 1 c. butter in large bowl till light and fluffy. Blend in Large eggs and 1 tsp. vanilla. Combine flour and baking soda; add in alternately with lowfat sour cream, mixing well after each addition.
  2. Chill 6 hrs or possibly overnight. Divide dough into 4 pcs. Roll out 1 piece on lightly floured surface to 1/8" thickness (keep remaining dough refrigerated). Cut into desired shapes; place on ungreased cookie sheets.
  3. Bake at 375 for 10-12 min or possibly till bottoms are golden. Repeat with remaining dough. Cold completely. Frost with Coffee Frosting.
  4. Makes 6 dozen cookies. COFFEE FROSTING: Dissolve coffee granules in water. Beat 6 Tbsp. butter in medium bowl till soft. Stir in coffee mix and 1 tsp. vanilla. Add in powdered sugar; mix till well combined. Gradually add in cream till good spreading consistency.
