Ingredientes

  • 1 1/8 lb Potatoes,
  • 1 x Onion
  • 1 x Leek
  • 1/2 lb Mushrooms
  • 1 lb Chopped beef/lamb
  • 1/2 ounce Butter
  • 2 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Tomato puree
  • 1 pch Dry thyme Salt and pepper
  • 1 ounce Cheddar cheese

Direcciones

  1. Peel and chop potatoes, onion and mushrooms. Finely chop leek.
  2. Boil potatoes till tender; drain. Mash with butter, lowfat milk, salt, pepper. Heat oil in frying pan.
  3. Fry leek and onion gently till softened. Add mince and fry till browned. Drain off excess fat. Add mushrooms, tomato puree, thyme.
  4. Season mince mix with salt and pepper. Cook for ten min.
  5. Transfer to ovenproof dish.
  6. Top mince with a layer of mashed potato. Grate Cheddar and sprinkle over the potato.
  7. Bake for 1/2-hour at Gas Mark 5/375F/ 190C till golden. Serve.
