Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt (3-ounce) lime gelatin
  • 1 c. Warm water
  • 1 can (20-ounce) crushed pineapple, liquid removed, reserve juice
  • 1 c. Minced avacado
  • 1/2 c. Minced pecans
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. Cream, whipped
  • 1 pch Salt

Direcciones

  1. Dissolve gelatin in warm water; let cold. Add in lemon juice, pineapple juice, mayonnaise and salt. Blend well in mixer and allow to refrigeratetill thickened. Pour into ice trays in freezer for a few min. Turn into mixing bowl; beat till fluffy. Mix in cream, avacado, nuts and pineapple.
  2. Pour into molds.
  3. Serves 12-16.
