Ingredientes

  • 1 Tbsp. finely-minced garlic
  • 5/8 c. Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce - (5 ounce)
  • 1 Tbsp. chili pwdr
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream - (9 ounce)
  • 1 1/2 c. sliced scallion - (3 3/5 ounce)
  • 12 x flour tortillas - (12" dia) grilled
  • 6 c. Tabasco Red Beans & Rice Mix - (60 ounce)
  • 3 c. diced green bell pepper - (12 ounce
  • 36 x cooked shrimp - (24 ounce) halved lengthwise

Direcciones

  1. To make the wrap spread, combine garlic, 3 ounces of Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce , chili pwdr, and lowfat sour cream. Hold refrigerated.
  2. To prepare marinade, combine the scallion and remaining 2 ounces Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce. Hold refrigerated.
  3. For each serving, spread 3/4 of one tortilla with 2 Tbsp. of wrap spread. Top with 5 ounces Tabasco Red Beans & Rice Mix, 1 oz green pepper, 2 Tbsp. marinated scallion, and 6 shrimp halves. Roll up tightly, ending with the uncovered portion of the tortilla.
  4. This recipe yields 12 servings.
