Receta Avocado And Cheese Dip

Ingredientes
- 2 x Ripe avocado pears
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 x Clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 sm Onion, grated
- 3 1/2 ounce Packet full-fat soft cream cheese Salt and freshly grnd black pepper Paprika to garnish
Direcciones
- 1. Peel the avocados, then halve and remove the stones. Mash with the lemon juice.
- 2. Beat in the remaining ingredients. Season to taste, and sprinkle with paprika.
- 3. Serve as a dip with savoury biscuits, crisps and crudits.
- NOTES : A perfect pre-dinner dip, leaving the palate refreshed. It would also be an ideal first course served with a garnish of green salad.
