  • 2 x Ripe avocado pears
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 x Clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 sm Onion, grated
  • 3 1/2 ounce Packet full-fat soft cream cheese Salt and freshly grnd black pepper Paprika to garnish

Direcciones

  1. 1. Peel the avocados, then halve and remove the stones. Mash with the lemon juice.
  2. 2. Beat in the remaining ingredients. Season to taste, and sprinkle with paprika.
  3. 3. Serve as a dip with savoury biscuits, crisps and crudits.
  4. NOTES : A perfect pre-dinner dip, leaving the palate refreshed. It would also be an ideal first course served with a garnish of green salad.
