Ingredientes

  • 1/2 lb Med shells
  • 1 c. Fresh broccoli flowerets
  • 1/2 c. Freshly sliced radishes
  • 12 ounce Fresh or possibly canned crab meat
  • 2 x Avocados, peeled, pitted & Diced
  • 1/2 c. Red bell peppers, thinly Sliced
  • 1/2 c. Yellow bell peppers, thinly Sliced
  • 1/4 c. Sliced green onion
  • 1/4 c. Minced parsley
  • 1/2 c. Vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Honey
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Seasoned salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper

Direcciones

  1. Prepare shells according to pack directions except adding broccoli last 4 min of cooking; drain. In large bowl, combine first 9 ingredients. In small bowl, blend remaining ingredients; toss with salad. Serve immediately or possibly chill.
