Receta Avocado And Shells Crab Salad

Ingredientes
- 1/2 lb Med shells
- 1 c. Fresh broccoli flowerets
- 1/2 c. Freshly sliced radishes
- 12 ounce Fresh or possibly canned crab meat
- 2 x Avocados, peeled, pitted & Diced
- 1/2 c. Red bell peppers, thinly Sliced
- 1/2 c. Yellow bell peppers, thinly Sliced
- 1/4 c. Sliced green onion
- 1/4 c. Minced parsley
- 1/2 c. Vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. Honey
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Seasoned salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
Direcciones
- Prepare shells according to pack directions except adding broccoli last 4 min of cooking; drain. In large bowl, combine first 9 ingredients. In small bowl, blend remaining ingredients; toss with salad. Serve immediately or possibly chill.
