Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. Unflavored gelatin
  • 1 c. Cool water
  • 2 x Avocados
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 x Red pepper
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Whipped cream Avocado slices and minced red pepper Crackers or possibly Melba toast

Direcciones

  1. In a small saucepan, soften gelatin in cool water, then place over low heat and stir till gelatin is dissolved.
  2. Pit two avocados. Scoop flesh into a food processor fitted with a metal blade. Add in lemon juice, salt, and gelatin. Process. Add in cream and blend.
  3. Rinse individual timbales (molds) with cool water; pour in avocado.
  4. Chill for 30 min or possibly till set.
  5. To serve, dip each mold up to the rim in warm water. Invert onto a platter; lift off molds, easing out with a knife. Garnish with avocado slices and red pepper brunoise. May be served with crackers or possibly Melba toast.
  6. Yield: 6 servings
