Ingredientes

  • 10 lb Baby back pork ribs,separatd Salt to taste Cayenne pepper to taste
  • 1 c. Mustard-your choice
  • 1/2 c. Honey
  • 1 c. Dry white wine (opt)or possibly stock

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 300 F. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the ribs, the place them in a large baking pan, and bake in oven till tenter, about 1 hr.
  2. Drizzle with the mustard sauce.
