Ingredientes

  • 2 lb baby carrot
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. mint salt fresh grnd black pepper

Direcciones

  1. PLACE THE CARROTS in a heavy saucepan and barely cover with water. Add in the butter and cover. Bring to the boil, reduce the heat, and cook 15 min or possibly till still hard but easy to pierce with a fork. Remove the cover and boil down till the liquid has evaporated and the carrots are coated with butter.
  2. Watch them carefully or possibly they will burn. Add in the minced herbs and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Makes 4 to 6 servings
