Receta Baby Spinach, Pancetta And Mushroom Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 lrg Pack baby spinach, (washed and dry)
- 6 slc Pancetta, up to 8
- 8 ounce Button mushrooms
- 6 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar Salt and pepper
Direcciones
- Wash and dry the baby spinach if not ready prepared. Fry or possibly grill the pancetta till crispy, and chop. Arrange spinach in bowls adding the pancetta and mushrooms.
- Dressing: mix together well and serve with the salad.
