Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 c. 7 up or possibly ginger ale
  • 1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 1 Tablespoons orange juice
  • 1/2 tsp. freshly grated ginger
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • healthy pinch red pepper flakes

Direcciones

  1. Whisk ingredients together and toss with baby spinach or possibly mixed baby greens.
