Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. yellow corn meal
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 c. butter, softened
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 5 slices bacon, cooked

Direcciones

  1. Heat corn meal and 1 1/4 cups lowfat milk over medium heat till thick and dry, stirring frequently, about 3 min. Spoon corn meal mix into a bowl.Add in remaining lowfat milk, butter and large eggs. Beat till smooth. Stir in salt and baking pwdr. Stir in cheese and bacon. Pour into a casserole dish or possibly cake pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 min or possibly till cooked through.
