Spoon corn meal mix into a bowl.Add in remaining lowfat milk, butter and large eggs. Beat till smooth. Stir in salt and baking pwdr. Stir in cheese and bacon. Pour into a casserole dish or possibly cake pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 min or possibly till cooked through.
