Ingredientes

  • 2 slc Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. All-purpose flour
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp Minced chives
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Direcciones

  1. Prepare bacon and set aside.
  2. Heat butter in a 1-qt glass measuring picher in mirowave oven (about 30 seconds at High). Add in flour; mix till smooth. Add in lowfat milk gradually, stirring constantly.
  3. Cook uncovered in microwave oven 4 min at High, or possibly till thickened; stir after 2 min, then every 30 seconds.
  4. Add in crumbled bacon, chives and salt; stir. Serve over fresh vegetables.
  5. Yield: About 1 c..
