Ingredientes

  • 8 slc Bacon, minced
  • 1 x Onion, minced
  • 3 x Garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 tsp Dry thyme
  • 19 ounce Canned tomatoes
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 c. Fresh parsley, minced
  • 1 lb Medium pasta shells [6 c]

Direcciones

  1. In dkillet, cook bacon, onion, garlic and thyme, stirring, for 5-7 min or possibly till bacon is browned.
  2. Spoon off fat. Add in tomatoes, salt and pepper; bring to boil, breaking up tomatoes with back of spoon. Cook over medium heat for 10-12 min or possibly till thickened.
  3. Stir in parsley.
  4. Meanwhile, in large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta for 8-10 min or possibly till tender but hard; drain well and return to pot.
  5. Add in sauce and toss to coat well.
