Receta Bacon And Tomato Toss

Ingredientes
- 8 slc Bacon, minced
- 1 x Onion, minced
- 3 x Garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 tsp Dry thyme
- 19 ounce Canned tomatoes
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 c. Fresh parsley, minced
- 1 lb Medium pasta shells [6 c]
Direcciones
- In dkillet, cook bacon, onion, garlic and thyme, stirring, for 5-7 min or possibly till bacon is browned.
- Spoon off fat. Add in tomatoes, salt and pepper; bring to boil, breaking up tomatoes with back of spoon. Cook over medium heat for 10-12 min or possibly till thickened.
- Stir in parsley.
- Meanwhile, in large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta for 8-10 min or possibly till tender but hard; drain well and return to pot.
- Add in sauce and toss to coat well.
