Bacon Burger Dogs

These are a fun twist on bacon burgers.

Ingredientes

  • 1 lb ground beef (80%/20% is best for burgers)Salt
  • Pepper
  • Worcestershire Sauce
  • Garlic Powder
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 8 toothpicks
  • Hot dog buns and preferred condiments

Direcciones

  1. Soak toothpicks in water while you prepare the ground beef. This will keep them from catching on fire.
  2. Mix ground beef with seasonings (you can change these up to be whatever spices/seasonings you prefer).
  3. Divide beefmixture into 4 equal parts (you could make them a little smaller if you prefer, but my crew likes them thick and juicy).
  4. Using your hands, mold divided portions into “hot dog” shape.
  5. Wrap one slice of bacon around each burger dog and secure with a toothpick through each end of bacon slices.
  6. Cook on the grill to desired doneness.
  7. Serve on hot dog buns with whatever toppings you choose: ketchup, mustard, ranch, BBQ, mayo, lettuce, cheese, tomato, onion, etc.
