Ingredientes

  • 1 pkg. sm. rye or possibly pumpernickel party bread
  • 1 pound bacon
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 (8 ounce) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese

Direcciones

  1. Cook bacon till very crispy, but don't burn. When bacon has cooled, crumble with hands into a medium sized bowl. Add in shredded cheese and mix with 1 cup mayonnaise.Add in approximately 1 tsp of mix onto piece of bread on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 450 degrees till top is lightly brown (approximately 10 min).
