Bacon & Egg Frittata

Serve for Breakfast, brunch. A favorite with an easy prep.

Ingredientes

  • 8 Large Eggs (Beaten)
  • 2 tablespoons Light Cream
  • salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 6 slices pre-cooked Bacon (cut into small pieces)

Direcciones

  1. Beat eggs and cream together with a whisk add into a prepared skillet
  2. Add bacon pieces, salt and pepper, stir well
  3. Place into a 400 F hot oven and bake 22 minutes or until golden in color and eggs have baked through
  4. Cut wedges and serve.
  5. We love this with muffins!
