  • 1 (1 POUND) PACKAGE SLICED BACON
  • 1 1/2 CUPS BROWN SUGAR
  • 1 1/2 TEASPOON DRY MUSTARD

  1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 325 DEGREES
  2. CUT EACH SLICE OF BACON IN HALF
  3. COMBINE REMAINING INGREDIENTS AND 1/4 TEASPOON PEPPER IN SHALLOW BOWL
  4. MIX WELL
  5. DIP EACH HALF SLICE OF BACON IN MIXTURE
  6. PRESS DOWN SO MIXTURE COATS WELL ON BACON
  7. PLACE ON SPRAYED BAKING SHEET WITH SIDES
  8. BAKE FOR 15 MINUTES,TURN BACON OVER
  9. COOK UNTIL BACON BROWNS
  10. IMMEDIATELY REMOVE WITH TONGS TO PAPER TOWELS
  11. (SEVERAL LAYERS OF PAPER TOWELS)
  12. BACON WILL HARDEN AND CAN BE BROKEN IN PIECES
