Ingredientes

  • 4 strips bacon, fried
  • 4 c. potatoes, cooked
  • 6 hard-boiled large eggs, sliced
  • 1 can chicken soup
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon onion pwdr
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Direcciones

  1. Fry bacon, crumble. Brush 2-quart casserole with bacon drippings. Layer sliced potatoes, bacon, large eggs and top with soup mixed with lowfat milk and seasonings. Cover with cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 min.
