Receta Bacon Potato Egg Supper

Ingredientes
- 4 strips bacon, fried
- 4 c. potatoes, cooked
- 6 hard-boiled large eggs, sliced
- 1 can chicken soup
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/8 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon onion pwdr
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Direcciones
- Fry bacon, crumble. Brush 2-quart casserole with bacon drippings. Layer sliced potatoes, bacon, large eggs and top with soup mixed with lowfat milk and seasonings. Cover with cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 min.
