Ingredientes

  • 1 16 oz package fresh Medjool dates
  • 4 oz package Gorgonzola cheese
  • 1 block cream cheese, softened
  • 1 lb bacon, cooked

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 400°.
  2. Using a paring knife, make a slit in the side of the dates and remove pits.
  3. Mix the cream cheese and Gorgonzola with a hand mixer until combined.
  4. Stuff each date with about a teaspoon of the cheese mixture.
  5. Wrap each one with bacon, seams down, or spear each one with a toothpick to seal.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes, turning halfway through.
