.%20%20Then%20this%20weekend%20I%20learned%20this%20%E2%80%93%20adding%20strawberry%20pie%20filling%20to%20peanut%20butter%20cookie%20dough%20does%20not%20make%20pb%20&%20j%20cookies.%20%20But%20as%20I%20told%20Adam%20as%20he%20was%20scraping%20an%20entire%20bowl%20of%20cookie%20dough%20into%20the%20trash,%20if%20I%20don%E2%80%99t%20at%20least%20try%20then%20I%E2%80%99ll%20never%20learn.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThis%20casserole%20was%20a%20fun%20mix%20of%20brown%20rice,%20shredded%20chicken,%20spinach,%20celery,%20toasted%20pecans,%20and%20fig%20butter.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPlus%20I%20had%20fruit%20and%20yogurt%20on%20the%20side.%20%20%20Plain%20Siggi%E2%80%99s%20with%20blackberries,%20yellow%20plucot,%20and%20maple%20syrup.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIt%20was%20a%20good%20meal.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnd%20it%E2%80%99s%20always%20good%20to%20get%20a%20healthy%20start%20after%20several%20days%20of%20popcorn!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20took%20an%20extra%20long%20walk%20this%20afternoon.%20%20Two%20friends%20from%20school%20came%20over%20and%20we%20took%20Webster%20on%20several%20loops%20of%20the%20neighborhood.%20%20One%20of%20the%20girls%20recently%20switched%20majors%20and%20it%20was%20a%20great%20to%20get%20the%20chance%20to%20catch%20up%20with%20her.%20%20Unfortunately%20now%20I%20have%20a%20huge%20painful%20blister%20on%20one%20of%20my%20toes;%20I%20can%20barely%20walk!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWhen%20I%20got%20back%20I%20ate%20a%20big%20spoonful%20(~2%20Tbsp)%20of%20my%20new%20favorite%20thing.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENow%20that%20Wegman%E2%80%99s%20sells%20Crunchy%20Biscoff%20Spread%20my%20life%20is%20complete.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELunch%20looked%20similar%20to%20breakfast,%20but%20had%20a%20flavor%20profile%20that%20was%20all%20its%20own.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20mashed%20roasted%20butternut%20squash%20with%20Miracle%20Whip,%20stirred%20in%20brown%20rice%20and%20roasted,%20shredded%20zucchini,%20and%20topped%20with%20some%20chopped%2050%25%20reduced%20fat%20cheddar.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESome%20people%20live%20without%20microwaves,%20how%20do%20they%20get%20things%20melty?%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDinner%20was%20melty%20too,%20but%20from%20the%20oven.%20%20I%20roasted%20a%20sandwich%20thin%20with%20turkey,%20more%20reduced%20fat%20cheddar,%20and%20six%20(6!!)%20pickle%20slices.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPlus%20a%20pile%20of%20roasted%20green%20beans.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIt%E2%80%99s%20not%20the%20first%20time%20I%E2%80%99ve%20had%20that%20meal%20this%20month%20and%20I%20don%E2%80%99t%20expect%20it%20to%20be%20the%20last.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIn%20spite%20of%20my%20foot,%20the%20weather%20was%20too%20nice%20for%20me%20to%20not%20go%20another%20short%20walk%20with%20the%20husband.%20%20We%20split%20a%20Push%20Up%20from%20the%20convenience%20store.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIt%20felt%20like%20being%208%20again!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAdam%20has%20a%20late%20start%20tomorrow%20and%20I%E2%80%99m%20on%20spring%20break%20so%20we%20plan%20on%20watching%20Stargate:%20Atlantis%20late%20into%20the%20night.%20%20Woot!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EP.S.%20I%20was%20gone%20yesterday%20because%20I%20got%20some%20frustrating%20news%20at%20my%20%E2%80%9Cfinal%E2%80%9D%20orthodontist%20appointment%20%E2%80%93%20I%E2%80%99m%20back%20in%20retainers%20for%20three%20weeks.%20%20Ugh!%20%20So%20yesterday%20I%20was%20sulking%20and%20eating%20soft%20things.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELike%20Loading...%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERelated%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
