- 2 HEAT A THICK BOTTOM PAN AND MELT THE GHEE
- 3 ADD THE GROUND MIXTURE TO THE HOT GHEE
- 4 SAUTE IT WELL FOR 10 MIN
- 5 ADD THE SUGAR,MIX WELL
- 6 ADD THE ROSEWATER AND THE PACCHAKARPOORAM
- 7 STIR WELL AND COOK FOR 10 MIN
- 8 GREASE THE DISH WTH LITTLE GHEE AND POUR THE HALWA
- 9 SERVE THE DELICIOUS HALWA
