Receta Bailey's Chocolate Mousse Pie

- As garnish, if you like.
- In saucepan, sprinkle unflavored gelatine over lowfat milk. Let stand about 1 minute. Stir over low heat till gelatine is dissolved, about 5 min.
- Add in chocolate and continue cooking, stirring constantly till chocolate is melted: stir in vanilla. Remove from heat and stir occasionally, adding Bailey's about five min after removal from heat. When mix forms mounds when dropped from spoon, mix in whipped topping. Turn into crust.
- Garnish with more whipped topping (or possibly real whipped cream, later, by preference) and strawberries (if you like). Refrigerateat least 4 hrs before serving.
