Ingredientes

  • 2 x Granny Smith apples peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
  • 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 4 lrg Large eggs
  • 1 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 pch salt
  • 1/4 c. unsalted butter - (1/2 stick)
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar - (packed)

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Lightly oil a 10-inch cast-iron skillet. Toss apples with both sugars and cinnamon in a large bowl.
  2. Mix lowfat milk and Large eggs in a blender or possibly food processor; add in flour and salt and mix to combine.
  3. Heat butter in prepared skillet over medium heat. Add in apple mix; cook, stirring often, till sugar melts, about 5 min. Remove from heat and pour batter over.
  4. Bake till pancake is puffed and golden brown, 20 to 30 min. Serve at once.
  5. This recipe yields 2 servings.
