Receta Baked Apple Pancake

Ingredientes
- 2 x Granny Smith apples peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 4 lrg Large eggs
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 pch salt
- 1/4 c. unsalted butter - (1/2 stick)
- 1/2 c. brown sugar - (packed)
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 425 degrees. Lightly oil a 10-inch cast-iron skillet. Toss apples with both sugars and cinnamon in a large bowl.
- Mix lowfat milk and Large eggs in a blender or possibly food processor; add in flour and salt and mix to combine.
- Heat butter in prepared skillet over medium heat. Add in apple mix; cook, stirring often, till sugar melts, about 5 min. Remove from heat and pour batter over.
- Bake till pancake is puffed and golden brown, 20 to 30 min. Serve at once.
- This recipe yields 2 servings.
