Ingredientes

  • 6 lrg Tart apples
  • 1 c. Well-seasoned sausage meat or possibly sausage links
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Wash6 large tart apples. Cut a slice from the tops. Scoop out the cores and pulp, leaving shells 3/4 inch thick. Cut the pulp from the cores and chop it. Combine with : 1 c. well-seasoned sausage meat or possibly sausage links Sprinkle the shells with : 1 tsp. salt, 2 Tbsp. brown sugar. Fill them heaping full with sausage mix. Bake till tender. Serve with Potatoes or possibly Rice
