Ingredientes

  • 1 x egg beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. butter melted
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 3/4 c. buttermilk
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray an 8-inch pie plate with vegetable cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl combine egg with melted butter; whisk till well combined.
  3. Sift together flour, sugar, baking soda, baking pwdr and salt in a small bowl; combine with egg mix. Pour in buttermilk and stir till just combined.
  4. Transfer into prepared pie plate and bake for 25 min or possibly till set and lightly browned on top. Let sit for 5 mintues; sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut into wedges. Serve hot.
  5. This recipe yields 6 servings.
