Receta Baked Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredientes
- 1 x egg beaten
- 1 Tbsp. butter melted
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 3/4 c. buttermilk
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray an 8-inch pie plate with vegetable cooking spray.
- In a large bowl combine egg with melted butter; whisk till well combined.
- Sift together flour, sugar, baking soda, baking pwdr and salt in a small bowl; combine with egg mix. Pour in buttermilk and stir till just combined.
- Transfer into prepared pie plate and bake for 25 min or possibly till set and lightly browned on top. Let sit for 5 mintues; sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut into wedges. Serve hot.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
