Ingredientes

  • 2 lb Catfish fillets Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3/4 c. Thin sliced onion
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 c. Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Tabasco
  • 1/4 c. Minced parsley

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Arrange fish in shallow baking dish. Salt and pepper liberally; cover with sliced onions and dot with butter. Bake 20 min or possibly till fish flakes easily. Mix mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, and tobasco. Pour over fish and broil 2 to 3 min till brown and bubbly.
  2. Sprinkle with parsley and serve warm with lemon wedges.
