Receta Baked Cauliflower And Mushrooms

Ingredientes
- 3 c. Cauliflowerets (about 1 lb.)
- 1 c. Minced mushrooms (about 4 ounces)
- 1/2 c. Minced red onion (about 1/2 medium)
- 1 Tbsp. Olive or possibly vegetable oil
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 2 tsp Cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 2 c. Garlic, finely minced (about 1 tsp.)
- 1/3 c. Minced green onions (about 5 medium)
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350 F. Spray 9-inch square baking dish, with nonstick cooking spray. Mix all ingredients except green onions. Spread proportionately in baking dish. Bake uncovered 40 to 45 min, stirring occasionally, till vegetables are tender and golden. Sprinkle with green onions.
