Ingredientes

  • 1 x 3-4 lb. fryer, cut into serving pcs
  • 6 x Potatoes, peeled & quartered
  • 1 c. Crushed tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. Parsley
  • 1 tsp Basil
  • 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 c. Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. Vegetable oil

Direcciones

  1. Wash chicken and wipe dry with paper toweling. Put sufficient oil in a large roasting pan to cover bottom of the pan. Place chicken in p;an and place potatoes between the chicken pcs.
  2. Sprinkle tomatoes, parsley, basil, garlic, salt and pepper over the chicken and potatoes. Lastly, sprinkle with the grated cheese and the oil.
  3. Bake in 375 F oven for 1 1/4 hrs, or possibly till chicken is done.
  4. Yield: 4servings.
