Receta Baked Chicken And Potatoes

Ingredientes
- 1 x 3-4 lb. fryer, cut into serving pcs
- 6 x Potatoes, peeled & quartered
- 1 c. Crushed tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. Parsley
- 1 tsp Basil
- 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 c. Grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
Direcciones
- Wash chicken and wipe dry with paper toweling. Put sufficient oil in a large roasting pan to cover bottom of the pan. Place chicken in p;an and place potatoes between the chicken pcs.
- Sprinkle tomatoes, parsley, basil, garlic, salt and pepper over the chicken and potatoes. Lastly, sprinkle with the grated cheese and the oil.
- Bake in 375 F oven for 1 1/4 hrs, or possibly till chicken is done.
- Yield: 4servings.
