Ingredientes

  • 4 x skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 4 ounces each)
  • 1/4 c. country-style Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 c. finely minced red onion, preferably, or possibly white onion
  • 1/2 c. coarsely grated swiss cheese Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Direcciones

  1. Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil and coat with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Brush each chicken breast half with mustard, sprinkle with onion and cheese.
  3. Bake 20 to 25 min, till chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted.
