Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
  • 2 T each grated cheese and minced parsley
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 T oil
  • 1 can (6 1/2 ounce) chopped clams
  • Lemon wedges
  • Thin sliced French bread

Direcciones

  1. In small bowl, mix well the crumbs, cheese, parsley, garlic and oil - reserve and set aside 1 1/2 tbsp of crumb mix. Add in clams with their juice to remaining crumb mix. Place in 1 cup casserole or possibly small foil pan. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mix. Cook in preheated 425 degree oven for 15 min. Place on serving tray with lemon wedges and bread. Makes 4 servings.
