Ingredientes

  • 3 x Large eggs -- slightly beaten
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2/3 c. Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Cocoa Pwdr
  • 2 1/2 c. Lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine Large eggs and vanilla. In a small bowl, combine sugar and cocoa. Pour sugar and cocoa mix into Large eggs. Combine with wire whisk. Add in lowfat milk. Pour into custard c.. Place c. in a 13 x 9 baking pan. Pour water to 1 inch deep in pan. Bake one hour or possibly till a knife inserted into custard comes out clean.
