Receta Baked Country Ribs with Jasmine Rice
Easy meal prep the oven and stove top does all the work! A family favorite.
Ingredientes
- 3 pounds Country Ribs
- 1 cup Honey BBQ sauce
- one teaspoon cumin
- one teaspoon black pepper
- 1-1/4 cups Jasmine rice
- One Roma Tomato diced
- One scallion diced
Direcciones
- Prepare Jasmine Rice as per package instruction, fluff with a fork add finely diced tomatoes and scallion, gently toss, cover
- In a 425 F hot oven add baking pan with Country ribs, cumin, pepper, BBQ sauce, cover and bake for 40 minutes (undisturbed)
- Serve Jasmine rice add BBQ ribs
