Chinese New Year or The Lunar New Year began this year on January 25th and marks the beginning of the Spring Festival in China and continues until February 8th … which is coming up next Saturday. So what better way to celebrate than with a Chinese food posts.  I thought I would start with Crab Crab Rangoon are deep fried wontons stuffed with a cream cheese, crab and scallion mixture.
