  1. Cook pasta according to directions.
  2. Saute/fry onion, garlic, mushrooms and green pepper in butter till crisp tender. Remove from heat.
  3. Drain pasta; add in to vegetable mix. Stir in crab, lowfat sour cream, basil and salt.
  4. Place mix in 2 greased 8-inch baking dishes. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and freeze one dish. Cover and bake the second one for 20 min at 350 degrees. Uncover and bake 5 more min.
