Ingredientes

  • 1 lb crocodile
  • 4 ounce garlic butter Juice of 1 lemon Minced parsley Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Fillet meat from the bone. Arrange the fillets in a single layer in an ovenware dish.
  2. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and put pcs of garlic butter over the fillets and sprinkle with parsley.
  3. Bake in an oven at 190 degrees 5 for 12 min.
  4. Serve with French bread.
