Receta Baked Eggplant~Tomato~Mozzarella Sandwich
Delicious sandwich to share with your family!
Ingredientes
- One eggplant, rinsed, sliced
- Drizzling of olive oil
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- one teaspoon garlic powder
- 8 ounce ball of mozzarella cheese/sliced thick
- 2 whole Ripe Tomatoes sliced
- Ciabatta bread sliced in half
Direcciones
- Pre Heat oven 450 F
- Using a non stick rimmed baking sheet pan add eggplant slices, add salt, pepper, garlic powder, drizzle with olive oil, bake 12 minutes
- Slice open the bread, add baked eggplant, slices of mozzarella cheese, tomato slices
- Cut and enjoy!
