Ingredientes

  • 6 x Fish fillets
  • 1/3 c. Apple juice
  • 3 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Onions -- minced
  • 2 tsp Ginger
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 x Cloves garlic -- minced Fine

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven at 375. Prepare a 13 x 9 x 2 pan lined with foil, with cooking spray. Place fillets in pan. Mix remaining ingredients; spoon over fish. Cover with foil and chill 1 hour. Bake covered for 15 to 20 min or possibly till fillets flake easily with fork.
