Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. Minced parsley
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Sage
  • 1/2 tsp Rosemary
  • 1/4 c. Butter
  • 1/2 c. Minced onion
  • 3/4 c. Minced celery
  • 2 Tbsp. Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. Water EGG MUSTARD SAUCE
  • 2 slc Lean bacon
  • 1 x Thick halibut steak (2 lb)

Direcciones

  1. Combine bread crumbs, parsley, salt, pepper, sage & rosemary: set aside. Heat butter; add in onion & celery, sauteeing till tender. Add in vinegar & water; heat. Pour liquid over bread crumbs & toss lightly.
  2. Place mix in bottom of greased baking dish; place fish on dressing & top with bacon. Bake, uncovered, in 350 oven for 40 min. Serve with Egg Mustard Sauce.
