Baked Halibut With Parmesan Breadcrumbs

Ingredientes

  • 6 halibut steaks, 1 inch thick (6 ounce each)
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly grnd black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon dry thyme, crumbled
  • Lemon wedges

Direcciones

  1. Place steaks in an oiled shallow baking pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Put together bread crumbs, garlic, oil, cheese and thyme to a thick paste and pat onto surface of steaks. Bake in a preheated 450 degree oven for 14 min per inch of thickness of fish or possibly till fish is not longer translucent/soft when tested with a fork. Garnish with lemon wedges and serve.
