Receta Baked Halibut With Parmesan Breadcrumbs

Ingredientes
- 6 halibut steaks, 1 inch thick (6 ounce each)
- Salt to taste
- Freshly grnd black pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/8 teaspoon dry thyme, crumbled
- Lemon wedges
Direcciones
- Place steaks in an oiled shallow baking pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Put together bread crumbs, garlic, oil, cheese and thyme to a thick paste and pat onto surface of steaks. Bake in a preheated 450 degree oven for 14 min per inch of thickness of fish or possibly till fish is not longer translucent/soft when tested with a fork. Garnish with lemon wedges and serve.
