Ingredientes

  • 2 med Large eggs beaten
  • 1/4 c. catsup
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk
  • 2 3/4 c. grnd cooked ham
  • 2 slc fine fresh bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. finely-minced onion
  • 1/2 c. finely-minced celery
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a 7 1/2- by 3 1/2- by 2-inch loaf pan or possibly four 6 oz custard c. with vegetable pan-coating.
  2. Combine beaten Large eggs, catsup, mustard, and lowfat milk. Add in all other ingredients; mix well. Turn into the loaf pan or possibly custard c..
  3. Bake 1 hour for loaf pan or possibly 40 min for individual custard c.. Remove from oven and allow to stand for 5 min. Unmold on a serving platter. Cut loaf into four slices.
  4. This recipe yields 4 servings.
